🔄 Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.
• Custom or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.

Process:

1. Email support@fivtan.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the product back to:

3. Once inspected, we will process your refund.
